We will have our trailer fully stocked with our farm-raised Akaushi and Angus Beef, Pasture-Raised Pork and our Missouri-Grown Chicken! We are also bringing our house-rendered Akaushi Beef Tallow!
But we are here for more than just to bring you great beef, chicken and pork... we are here to rally behind a young man who is so deserving of a community full of supporters backing him and his family.
He's only 15 years old. And he's fighting for his life — for the third time.
If you passed Payton on the street, you'd just see a tall, straight-standing country kid who loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, trucks, and being with the people he loves.
Polite. Humble. Full of big dreams. You'd never guess the battle he's been carrying.
In October 2021, Payton was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma — a rare bone cancer. Four surgeries. Eight rounds of the hardest chemo there is. Blood transfusions. Emergency antibiotics. And he beat it.
In January 2025, it came back in his spine. Another surgery, nine more rounds of chemo, six weeks of radiation. And he beat it again.
Then in March 2026, a spot showed up on his lung. It came back positive. Now, at just 15 years old, Payton is staring down his third fight: ten more rounds of chemo and three more weeks of radiation.
Through every needle, every scan, every long night in a hospital bed, this kid keeps saying the same thing:
"As long as I keep my head ahead of it, and stay positive, I will beat it."
He believes it. We do too. And now it's our turn to fight for him.
On Saturday, June 27, we're turning the Rogers Farmers Market into something so much bigger — a whole community standing shoulder to shoulder for one brave kid and his family.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help carry them through this fight: the treatments, the travel, the bills, and the weight no family should ever have to shoulder alone.
