This wine dinner at Zelda Dearest brings together Chef J Chong, beloved for her bold, heartfelt approach to Cantonese cuisine, and Rise Over Run, a women-owned wine importer and distributor devoted to minimal-intervention producers and stories told through the land itself.

Held inside Wine + Roses, this intimate, seated experience features a multi-course menu paired with expressive wines sourced by Rose Over Run—bottles that speak of slope and elevation, of the farmers that tend to them, and of the quiet beauty in imperfection. Each pour for this curated multi-course meal complements J's soulful dishes, creating a conversation between culture, craft, and care.
