Want to get some practice during the big Christmas Bird Count? Look no further! We will study, learn and practice our bird identification across the Goodenow Grove trails to increase our birding knowledge in preparation for the yearly Audubon Society Christmas Bird Count happening from Dec. 14 to Jan. 5.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 16 and older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. Outdoor activities may take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. This hike will be no more than 1.5 miles across natural surfaces and crushed limestone. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
