I teach a weekly Iyengar yoga class for people who have some experience of yoga / activity (feel free to pm me to chat about it).We work through different asanas (poses) during the class, for example standing poses or seated poses, and usually end with some resting poses. The class can be challenging but we keep it fun and work safely according to your mobility and flexibility.
This class is not suitable for complete beginners (I teach on Friday mornings for beginners).
