Unlock your creativity and find a moment of peace this International Women’s Day with a Mindful Art and Journaling session inside Heaton Hall. Designed for women and girls aged 6+, this unique experience combines the therapeutic benefits of art with the reflective practice of journaling to help you express yourself and reduce stress.

Our friendly and experienced facilitators will guide you through a variety of artistic activities that encourage you to explore your thoughts and emotions in that moment.

No prior art or writing experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open mind. All materials will be provided.
