About the Author
Iwan Thomas is an Olympic medallist and a former European and World champion. He became the fastest 400m British runner after breaking the record in 1997 in 44.36s. Since retiring from athletics, he has been a regular presenter on The One Show and an accomplished live-events presenter, having hosted the last four world athletics Championships and will be covering Track and Field at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. @Iwanrunner
