This program explores how everyday life stories contribute to our shared cultural understanding and help strengthen family connections and resilience across generations.
The presentation will address common misconceptions about personal-history preservation and share practical, accessible ways individuals and families can ensure their stories, memories, and experiences are preserved for those who follow. By valuing and safeguarding personal histories, we help future generations learn, connect, and grow from the past.
About the Speaker:
Tammie Schuesler is the founder of Bios Legacy, a personal-history preservation service dedicated to safeguarding life stories for future generations. Through guided interviews and archival-quality recordings, she helps individuals and families preserve voices, memories, and lived experiences that might otherwise be lost. Her work highlights the cultural, personal, and intergenerational value of preserving personal histories and the lessons they offer.
This program reflects Rotary’s commitment to education, connection, and strengthening our community through shared understanding.
