Terms and Conditions

1.The event will take place on 14th November 2026 from 7pm and is open to all customers.

2.Seats are available to book from £20 per person until one week prior to the event date.

3.£10 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the point of booking with the full balance due one week prior to the event date.

4.Seats must be prebooked; no walk-ins will be allowed.

5.Seats can be purchased through the Design my Night and Event Brite online booking system.

6.Entry is at the discretion of management and any guests acting in an inappropriate manner will not be permitted entry and deposits will be lost. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

7.Alea Nottingham is a strictly over 18s venue.

8.Anyone under 18 years of age will not be permitted entry. Guests who look under 25 will be asked to provide photo ID upon entry.

9.Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply.

10.Entry constitutes acceptance by the participant of these terms and conditions.

11.Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.

12.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.

13.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

14.Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling promotion.

GIRLS NIGHT OUT PACKAGE

1.The Girls Night Out Package is available to purchase from £180 per package through the Design My Night or Eventbrite booking system and is open to all customers. Booking fees may apply.

2.By purchasing this package, customers will receive: a. Six tickets for front section seating. b. One bottle of house prosecco to share, redeemable from the bar on the night. c. One £5 Free Bet voucher per person (maximum six vouchers per package). d. One on-stage group shout-out.

3.Free Bet vouchers can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and cannot be used directly on gaming tables.

4.Free Bet vouchers may be exchanged for either: a. Non-negotiable chips to be used on gaming tables; or b. A promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronic Gaming.

5.Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel checks, gaming chips or cash. The winning element of any pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.

6.Promotional funds must be fully staked before any winnings may be cashed out.

7.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other food and beverage offer, discount or promotion. Metropolitan Rewards discounts do not apply.
