Join us for an evening of trivia fun — our first ever — at The NewSouth Bookstore! It’s Banned Books Trivia Night on Friday, October 10 at 5:30pm. Celebrate the power of stories and the right to read with our staff and the advocates of Read Freely Alabama. Angie Hayden emcees! Test your knowledge of the most challenged books throughout history – from classic novels to contemporary favorites – and learn more about the ongoing fight against censorship in our state, in our nation. Whether you’re a literary rebel or just love a good trivia challenge, this will be a fun night, with prizes for the winning team. Bring your own team or we can add you to one.
