Join me for a heartwarming pre-Valentine’s Day gathering designed to deepen your self-love, allowing you to share your radiant energy more freely with others.
We will begin by sipping ceremonial cacao, enveloped in the soft glow of candlelight, to gently warm and open our hearts. From there, I will guide you through calming breathwork and meditation, nurturing your heart center and cultivating inner harmony. You’ll then transition into a deeply restorative yin yoga practice, featuring postures specifically designed to open the heart space. Our journey will culminate in a soothing sound bath, immersing you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and a special Himalayan bowl attuned to the heart chakra.
In the spirit of love and compassion, I’m making it available for just $35—because now, more than ever, we all deserve a little extra care and intention. Join the class with a partner or on your own.
