Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Join our Fall 8-Week Body Transformation Challenge, designed to help you get stronger, leaner, and more confident.
WHEN: Saturday, September 27th through Saturday, November 22nd
Before pictures and weigh-ins will take place Saturday, September 27th, from 6:45am-9am
WHAT: Go hard for 8 weeks and get in your best shape before the holidays! Winners will be determined by:
1. Change in Pictures
2. Loss in FAT and Gain in MUSCLE
3. Change in Body Fat Percentage
4. Age and Sex
ENTRY FEE: $50 for members
Sign up by September 13th and get $10 off your entry fee!
PRIZE: The Top 3 participants will take home $2500 in cash and prizes!
