Correct use and sine wave movement.
Understanding the principles of moving and foot placement.
Application and implementation of the 9 secrets of Taekwon-Do.
Sunday
The final colour belt patterns, and then self defence on the ground, and against bats, Knives and Guns.
Advanced gradings and above.
The Seminar is open to anyone over all ages with a Yellow Tag + or over 12 years.
