Italy: Puglia WIne Dinner

This wine dinner experience includes a 3-course meal designed by our executive chef paired with wines from the region. All service fees are included in ticket price. No additional gratuity is required.

The region of Puglia takes tremendous pride in the purity of ingredients in both wine and cuisine. Located in Southern Italy, Puglia is the 'heel' of the 'boot'. While once known for it's blended wines, Puglia has shifted to select white wines and concentrated, ink-like reds. This will all be paired with cuisine designed to highlight the strengths of individual ingredients of each dish. Join us for this trip through the southeast of Italy for what is certain to be a delicious tasting!
