Italian Wine Lecture and Mystery Tasting with Balsamico Italian Kitchen

Sommelier and wine educator Elisa Borelli will present wines from a variety of Italian regions from North to South, including the Islands. She will explain key characteristics, flavor profiles, and food pairings for each wine, prior to a mystery wine tasting, in which we will be guided in guessing which wine is which.

The interactive presentation will be followed by a taste of bruschetta, parmigiano reggiano, and various types of organic Balsamic vinegar from the renowned Modena province in Italy, all courtesy of Balsamico Italian Kitchen.

There will be time for questions and conversation in Convivio's lovely garden.

Wine, Zero-proof Prosecco, and Balsamic Vinegar will be available for purchase. The wine tasting is open to 21+, IDs will be checked.
