Join us for a Italian Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience at Bottled on Saturday, August 23.This elegant event invites guests to explore the harmonious relationship between artisanal cheeses and carefully selected Italian wines. The highlight of the evening will be a live demonstration by Chef Romeo DiBona, Assistant Executive Chef, who will showcase the traditional preparation of fresh mozzarella—crafted by hand before your eyes.
Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a tasting of three exquisite cheeses, including the freshly made mozzarella and two additional varieties, each thoughtfully paired with an Italian wine. A knowledgeable expert will walk you through the tasting notes, regional origins, and pairing principles, offering insights into how the flavors of the wine and cheese enhance one another.
