This retreat is designed for deep restoration, reconnection, and integration, held in gentle structure and embodied practice.

The Setting
We’ll be staying in a private historic villa in Tuscany, reserved exclusively for our group. The space is quiet, spacious, and designed for genuine retreat: soft mornings, long exhales, and the kind of simplicity that helps the body feel safe again.
