Summer Pasta Masterclass: Nerano & Puttanesca
Join us for a hands-on cooking class that celebrates the vibrant flavors of summer through two beloved Italian pasta dishes: Spaghetti alla Nerano and Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. There is no better way to kick off Summer than by learning the iconic sauces that make Summer in Italy so delicious.

First, travel to the Amalfi Coast with Spaghetti alla Nerano, the signature dish of the seaside village of Nerano. Made famous by local tradition — and one of Stanley Tucci’s personal favorites — this simple yet elegant recipe features golden pan-fried zucchini, Provolone del Monaco, and Parmigiano Reggiano, tossed with perfectly al dente spaghetti. Light, creamy, and full of coastal charm, it’s the essence of summer in a bowl.

Then, explore the bold and savory side of southern Italy with Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. Briny capers, anchovies, olives, and ripe summer tomatoes come together in a sauce that’s as flavorful as it is storied. This rustic dish from Naples is quick to make, deeply satisfying, and perfect for warm evenings when you want something bright and satisfying.

During this class, Chef Fabio will guide you through each recipe step by step, sharing regional history, cooking techniques, and tips for recreating both dishes at home. You’ll prepare the sauces from scratch,, and of course, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor — with a glass of wine in hand.

Whether you're a pasta enthusiast or looking for new dishes to add to your summer repertoire, this is the class for you.
In this class guests will:
• Participate in the hands-on activity to prepare your own Spaghetti alla Nerano & Puttanesca dish with the guidance of Chef of La Scuola.
• Enjoy an antipasti to start and learn the fresh pasta dish prepared by Chef of La Scuola with complementary wine and prosecco
• Take home the adapted recipe and wine notes of the meal served during the class.

• No physical tickets are issued for classes and events. Please present your confirmation email upon arrival for check-in.
• This class includes guided tasting of wines.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
