Join us for an all-inclusive evening at Cellar 65, when Chef Kamal will be highlighting some of our regional favorites!

Immerse yourself in the charming ambiance of our intimate venue located at NW Newport Avenue, Bend, OR. Indulge in a night of flavors, exquisite wines, and lively conversation. Savor the rich aromas and flavors of this beautiful part of the world.

Ticket costs are per person and include a four course meal, wine pairings, and gratuity for staff.

Menu for the evening will include:

• Welcome glass of Prosecco
• Antipasto: Beet carpaccio with fennel, orange, goat cheese, and lemon vinaigrette
• Primo: Risotto alla Milanese - Creamy saffron risotto, finished with butter and aged Parmigiano
• Glass of white wine - tbd
• Secondo: Osso buco alla Milanese - Slow-braised veal shank finished with gremolata and saffron polenta
• Glass of red wine - tbd
• Dolce: Panna cotta - blood orange sauce and amaretti crumble

Naturally gluten free, substitutions respectfully declined. Non-alcoholic options will be available if so desired.
