For one night, we're bringing a little piece of Italy to West Vancouver 🇮🇹

Join us at Graydon's Cheese Cellar for an intimate evening celebrating authentic Italian flavours, exceptional cheeses, and the warmth of Italian hospitality.

In collaboration with Maela Lovisetto @ml_italian_experiences, the evening will feature a curated menu inspired by classic Italian dishes.

Homemade Focaccia & Italian Bread: served with a curated selection of Italian cheeses and charcuterie

Mezzemaniche Cacio e Pepe: finished inside a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano

Risotto: Gorgonzola, pear & toasted pecan

Dessert: Ricotta, honey & candied orange with cannoli chips

Featured Italian wines will be available to purchase by the glass.
