Join Charlie Patricolo who will guide you through the art of making traditional family Italian dishes. Move beyond pasta and explore home cooking the way Italian's eat everyday: simple, healthy, and beautiful! Create and enjoy complete meals including antipasti, insalata, i primi, i secondi, and i dolci. All levels welcome!

Day 1

Pasta with pesto

Simple red sauce

Italian chicken

Roasted carrots

Caprese insalata

Cheesecake with caramel sauce

Day 2

Bruschetta with goat cheese, zucchini and tomato

Marinated zucchini

Bolognese with gnocchi also with simple red sauce to taste

Panzanella

Cancellation and Ticket Policy:

One ticket per individual. No splitting tickets.

In the event that a ticket holder needs to cancel their reservation at least 72 hours before class starts a 50% refund minus the processing fee will be issued. Refunds/credits will not be issued to the ticket holder who requests a cancelation within 72 hours of the class start time or does not attend. If a participant is unable to come to class their supplies can be picked up at a later date

If less than 4 people enroll, the class will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
