Steeped in royal history, the Italian Garden was lovingly laid out in 1910 by Countess Cecilia, wife of the 14th Earl and mother of HM Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. A favourite place for the family to relax and enjoy the outdoors, the garden remains one of Glamis Castle's most enchanting spaces.
