The exhibition will showcase newly acquired Futurist books and special materials from the Library of Congress collections, alongside some of the most iconic works of Italian gastronomy from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Highlights include the renowned La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiar bene by Pellegrino Artusi and other celebrated culinary masterpieces.
