What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Learn to make classic Italian Bolognese Lasagna, plus a dreamy Italian dessert that everyone will love. Wine, Dine and Socialize afterward!
Join our cooking class and discover the secrets behind crafting authentic Italian cuisine that brings comfort and flavor to your table. Guided by an experienced instructor, you'll master techniques from preparing rich Bolognese sauce to layering lasagna perfectly and making a smooth, decadent dessert. We provide all ingredients and hands-on guidance in a welcoming setting designed for both beginners and food enthusiasts. By the end of the session, you’ll take home new skills and recipes to impress friends and family at your next meal.
What To Expect: In our classes, you’ll team up in groups of 4 to cook with others at shared workstations, guided by our professional culinary instructors. Classes last 2 hours unless stated otherwise, and hands-on sessions have up to 16 students. Expect to stand, cook, and work throughout; wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
