Cost: $150 per team or $20 for an individual/free agent (Pay via Vemmo or onsite before the first game)

Divisions: (7v7)Coed Division
Number of Teams: Up to 10 teams

Format:

• Warm-up / Check-in: 1:00-1:45 PM
• Group play first: 1:45-3:00 PM
• Cross Bar Challenge: 3:00-3:10 PM
• SemiFinals and Finals: 3:10-3:40 PM
• Award Ceremony and Team Pics: 3:40-4:00

The Ital Vital Cup aims to provide a fun, inclusive, high-energy soccer event to help raise money to go to those impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

The winning team will win free drinks at Ital Vital Living, a Jamaican owned smoothie and juice spot in Omaha.

Team Rules:

• Maximum of 10 players per team.
• Teams must provide their own colors/jerseys for the event.
• Pennies/bibs will be on site
• Individuals registering will be assigned a team at the start of the tournament.
• Max of 10 teamss

Game Rules

• Games will be played on the 7 a side fields at the MAC
• Games will last 6 minutes at a time.
• Games will be running non stop until the time is up.
• Games will be self reffed. Any disputes, cursing, fights, etc. will result in immediate ban from the field.

Tournament Rules

• Games will run nonstop until everyone plays a minimum of 4 games or we hit 3:00pm
• Schedule will be made onsite after teams and players are there. If you show up, you will be put on a team.
• Each team captain is responsbile for reporting team wins, draws, and ties.
• The top 4 teams will compete in a semi final and final.
• No extra time in the knockout stage, games go right into penalties
• Winning team recieve free drinks to Ital Vital Living!
