We had so much fun at our Sesquicentennial 5k that we want to make an annual 5k event in our beautiful Village of Hamburg. This time let’s put the focus on the kids! Our brand-new Bulldog Run Club will have their season ending 5k at this race and we want to show our Hamburg kiddos how much we support them. This is an event for all ages and skill levels. Thanks to the Hamburg Central PTSA for hosting this event, all proceeds from this race will be given back to groups within the Hamburg School District. We are looking for school clubs, activities, sports, and more who could use a financial boost. A google form will be published in April with instructions for applying for funding. It’s often said that “it takes a Village to raise a child” so let’s show those kids just how many people they can count on. Let’s make sure they feel the support while they are here and carry it with them wherever they may go.

We will be direct mailing to local businesses, but please keep sharing this event with those who may want to get involved.
