Before the new season begins and before the mileage starts building up, take the opportunity to refine the skills that can make the biggest difference to race performance.
Join us at Manchester Aquatics Centre for a focused clinic dedicated to two of the most important race-winning skills in swimming:
✅ Turns
✅ Underwaters
Many swimmers spend countless hours training, yet continue to give away valuable seconds at every wall. This clinic is designed to help swimmers maximise speed into and out of turns, improve underwater efficiency and develop the habits used by the world’s best athletes.
Throughout the session we will focus on:
✔️ Open Turns
✔️ umble Turns
✔️ Backstroke Turns
✔️ Breaststroke & Butterfly Turns
✔️ Push-Off Technique
✔️ Streamline Position
✔️ Underwater Dolphin Kicks
✔️ Breakout Timing
✔️ Race Application
Every swimmer will receive an Individual Technical Feedback Report highlighting strengths, priority improvements and key focus areas moving into the new season.

⏰ Optional Video Analysis Session
16:30 – 17:30
During the additional hour swimmers will have all stroke and IM turns filmed and analysed, providing valuable insight into their race skills.
