It happens in the best of families - Shedding light on ancestral shadows

Each one of us carries within the echo of those who came before us — their legacy, their love, their challenges and their stories.

In this breathwork workshop I will invite you to perform an intentional clearing ritual through four Liberation Practices. We will begin with activities to open the space and share ancestral stories — regardless of how much or how little you know about yours. Using the breath as our tool, we will journey through the energetic field of your ancestral system — that cosmos of wisdom, love and survival strategies — so that you can acknowledge it, honour it, and choose what to carry forward with you.

Through Conscious Connected Breath, you will open a space to connect with your inner intelligence and release what is no longer yours.

The workshop includes time for integration — whether through writing, reflection or simply remaining in the space.

No previous experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to breathe.

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice that can help process stuck emotion, regulate stress, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.

You will be invited to listening to what your breath is bringing.

You will always be in control of your experience, in the driver’s seat.
