Istorya opens its weekly residency at Durango Social Club beginning January 20.
Join us for an intimate dinner experience centered on Filipino food, storytelling, and community. The menu is shaped by Chef Dio’s lived experience, dishes he grew up cooking and eating in the Philippines, drawing from regional Filipino traditions and the techniques he honed as Master Cook at 3 Star Michelin Restaurant Joël Robuchon. Each dish is designed to be shared and enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
This residency marks the next chapter of Istorya, following months of pop-ups, collaborations, and community gatherings. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning, we look forward to welcoming you at the table.
