ISTOK RETREAT FESTIVAL

Istok Retreat Festival is a four-day, alcohol-free wellness gathering with camping at Grendon Lakes in Northamptonshire. This retreat-style festival offers over 50 guided sessions including yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna and cold-water immersion, sound baths, shamanic drumming, talks, workshops, and evening fire gatherings. It is family-friendly with a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of space to rest, reconnect with nature, and spend meaningful time together.

A large part of our community is from Eastern European backgrounds and many sessions will be bilingual (Russian and English), but the festival is open and welcoming to everyone.

Some workshops and informal spaces will naturally include a lot of Russian language, as this is widely spoken in our community. Key information and safety announcements will always be available in English.
