We are excited to let you know about an upcoming conference in Sofia from July 1-7, sponsored by ISPSO (International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations). This multi-disciplinary conference is well aligned with the interests of those who work with and study organizations. While the work of ISPSO and its members is informed by systems thinking and psychological approaches to understanding organizations, the conference will appeal to anyone interested in learning more about how organizations work, and how organizations can address challenges standing in the way of their success.

The first half of the conference is devoted to Professional Development Workshops focused on putting into practice ideas and theories about understanding and working with organizations. The second half of the conference offers a series of paper sessions. Woven throughout the conference are many opportunities to network and mingle with others with similar interests from many parts of the world.

Consider attending one or more of the Professional Development Workshops (PDWs) offered on the first three days of the conference. Pricing is designed to enable participants to attend one workshop or many, as they choose. You do not need to be an expert. PDWs are designed for novices, as well as those who have a great deal of experience and expertise.

If you have time later in the week or the weekend, we encourage you to attend the Symposium part of the conference where papers will be presented on a wide variety of subjects by experts in the field from many parts of the world. Some will report on findings from research, others on work that is underway but not yet complete.
