(Phase) Isolation (maximizing the growth of all the major muscle groups); Similar to what bodybuilders and bikini models do every day, this phase takes a simplistic approach in order to make you look as sexy as possible!This phase is 6 weeks and is broken into two three-week parts. The 6 weeks will be progressive, meaning each week will be slightly more advanced than the last.
The isolation phase is a very simplistic phase that is designed to be solely based off fitness aesthetics. The workout will be broken into 3 parts each day:
1. Stretching (before and after)
2. Cardio - will be based off what we are doing for the day.
3. Hypertrophy training - is a form of training that maximizes blood flow in order to create a maximal pump in the targeted muscle group. When doing hypertrophy training keep in mind:
• Hypertrophy does not always require a complete exhaustion of the targeted muscle group
• Should have a specific rep range based off a person’s goal
• Is always more successful when focusing on the quality of contraction versus how much weight is utilized
• Should have varying tempos
The overall goal is to make every person look as "fit" as possible. Obviously, this will be a different look for men versus women and is always geared toward each individual's fitness goals.
