“Starting yoga early on in life makes a big difference for the development of the body and brain. We take care to teach children asanas that are suitable for them.” – SadhguruIsha Hatha Yoga for Children offers an introduction to Yoga through simple life-transforming practices.
These include:
*Upa Yoga: Activates the joints, muscles and energy system
*AUMkar Meditation: Enhances focus, memory and mind-body
coordination
*Nadi Shuddhi: Balances and purifies the system
The practices are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments. The program is designed by Sadhguru and conducted by a Hatha Yoga teacher trained by Sadhguru.
Prerequisites:
Open to Children ages 7-13 , no prior knowledge of yoga is required.
Program Fee: USD 100

Friday, July 19th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday, July 20th, 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Sunday, July 21st, 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
