Is it You? Find out about training for Reader ministry in Chester Diocese

Might God be calling you to train as a Reader – a lay person who’s trained and licensed to preach, teach and lead worship? If you’re interested to find out more, you could come along to a 30-minute online event on the evening of Thursday April 30th. There will be information on what Reader ministry is, what’s involved in training and the discernment process – as well as a chance for discussion and questions.

Applications for training as a Reader will need to be in by 29th May (with a discernment day on 6th June at Church House) – and we usually ask people to start working with a Vocations Explorer before then. You can find out more information on Reader ministry here or email [email protected]
