Description: Creating a Pollinator Patch: Discover the easiest way to create a native flower garden to attract butterflies and bees. Find out how to support both adult pollinators and their young; with recommendations on plants that can thrive even in yards with an abundance of deer and/or heavy clay soil.
Presenter: Dr. Clare Walker
Bio: Dr Clare Walker is a Maryland Master Gardener and Instructor for the Master Naturalist Program. Previous work has included being a naturalist for Maryland State Parks and an Environmental Education Specialist at the Department of Natural Resources. She is passionate about sharing with all audiences the connections between plants, animals and people.
