Come and eat with me for one night at Aethos London.

I've built a five-course menu that means a lot to me. The West African flavours I grew up on, cooked the way I cook now. Ingredients you might know, treated in ways you haven't seen. Dishes you won't find anywhere else in the city. This isn't a menu I pull off a shelf. I'm making it from scratch, for this one night, for this one room.

There are limited seats and we all sit down together. You'll be next to people you haven't met yet,and by the end of the night you won't be strangers. I'll come out for every course and tell you what it is, where it comes from and why it's on your plate.

Lats The DJ is with me on the night, curating the sound from the first course to the last.

Tickets

• Early Release — £100· 20 seats. First release, best price. Once they are gone, they are gone.
• Standard — £130 · 30 seats. Full experience, main dining room.

Smart casual.

• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with at least 7 days' notice. Email [email protected] after booking.
• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before the event.
• Over 18s only.
• Arrive on time. Service starts as one and late arrivals may miss a course.
