IRS Recruitment Event: Revenue Agent Positions - St. Louis

The IRS is hiring for experienced and entry level accountants for our Revenue Agent position for the St. Louis, MO area.

Please schedule your preferred in-person interview time between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST (last interview appointment time is 2:30 PM) by clicking on the “Get tickets” link.

LIMIT of one registration time slot per person

In-Person Interviews are being conducted for the following position:

Revenue Agent

• Revenue Agents conduct exams, prepare audit statements, assess tax based on audit findings, and educate taxpayers. There is NO age limit. (see “Duties” section for further position expectations)

• Revenue Agent candidates must have a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a bachelors or higher degree in accounting that included at least 30 semester hours in accounting or 24 semester hours in accounting and an additional 6 semester hours in related subjects such as business law, economics, statistical/quantitative methods, computerized accounting or financial systems, financial management, or finance (see “Qualifications” section for further/varying qualifying factors)
