Join us as we celebrate a Festivus for the rest of us! In keeping with the Festivus traditions, we will be testing the Power Lifting Total as our "feats of strength". This will conclude our Fall Strength cycle and be a great opportunity to hit some new 1 Rep Max PRs and measure our strength progress over the last year. We will also be determining the strongest pound-for-pound male and female Ironside lifters (using the Wilks formula).Please RSVP and sign into Wodify. There will be no other regular classes held this day.
