It's time to test your fitness! Join us for the 2025 CrossFit Open season! We will be kicking things off on February 28 with a Friday Night Lights Throwdown at 5:00! Following the throwdown, we will all go in heats. Everyone must sign up at the whiteboard to be scheduled for a heat. This is a great opportunity to test out three new benchmark workouts and have some fun with your fellow Ironsiders! There will be an RX and scaled division. We will be having a post-WOD celebration feast at El Caporal for everyone who is interested in joining us afterwards.We will also be doing a commemorative Ironside CrossFit Open T-shirt & Tank, available through a separate sign-up sheet at the whiteboard.
