Join us for a 4-week Nutrition Challenge to jump start 2025!The goal for this challenge will be to lose weight and reduce body fat by eating the correct balance of macronutrients and calories to reach your ideal body composition.
*NEW THIS YEAR* Your challenge will include two InBody body composition scans to help measure your progress. InBody scans provide a detailed breakdown of body composition, including:
* Weight
* Muscle mass
* Body fat percentage
During the challenge, you will be equipped with the necessary tools, structure and accountability to help you along your weight loss journey. There will be fun prizes along the way for top performers!
The challenge will kick off Saturday, Jan. 4 with a nutrition workshop, where we will be discussing four strategies for weight loss:
• Diet
• Increased daily activity expenditure
• Consistency with exercise routine
• Meal Planning
