Tentative Divisions: Adult A (Draft), Adult B (15+), Adult C (13+), and Adult D (13+)
12 minute games. 4 man teams + goalie.
- B, C, and D divisions: $250 per team. Payable to @NCIPhoenix on Venmo.
- A Division: $50 per player & goalie. (Entry by approval only) Payable to @NCIPhoenix on Venmo

We will accept a total of 6 teams for Adult B and Adult C. Adult D can be added, if there are enough interested.

For A Division ONLY: 4–6 captains will be selected, depending on the number of individual sign-ups, and will conduct a draft prior. Please bring both dark and light jerseys.
- A division: $50 per person.
