About this Event

We will be at the West Oakland Branch in the conference room. Please bring your lease and any other related documents. OTU counselors are knowledgable about state and local tenant laws but are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

If you are not a tenant in Oakland we will do our best to help you but will likely refer you to a tenant group in your city.

We do not provide assistance on matters between co-tenants or neighbors.

This event is free and open to all Oakland tenants but we hope you consider joining the Oakland Tenants Union to fight for better protections for Oakland tenants!
