Recce Weekend - 24th - 26th July 2026 π² π πββοΈThe rough plan isβ¦.
Friday 24th July - Single bike loop (approx 50km ish) as well as an evening run (10km) Happy to do a brick but itβs more about logistics of people getting to secure their bikes properly ect.
Saturday 25th July - AM Bike - carnival in Narbeth so we will do this earlyβish to avoid road closures (130k ish - coffee and cake mandatory).
Saturday Afternoon - Sea swim (weather dependent - we can push this to Sunday if not)
Saturday Evening - Meal out and guilt free chat about Ironmans and training - open to suggestions as to where we can go.
Sunday - HUGE BREAKFAST - 10km Run before we head home.
We wonβt be beasting ourselves and trying for any PBs this weekend. Timings will be sorted closer to the weekend. Itβs all about getting a feel for the course and being comfortable with the routes and obviously getting the carbs in! π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ π
