Join us in person for an epic day of strength, sweat, and serious lifting action. Whether you're competing or cheering, this meet promises wild energy and fierce competition. Check-In Information-

• Check-In Time: Begins promptly at 12:00 PM
• Location: 8846 Orchard Tree Lane, Towson, MD

Please arrive on time to complete the check-in process, as this will allow everyone a chance to focus on preparation and warm-ups.

Equipment and Costume Guidelines

• Permitted Gear: Knee wraps and sleeves
• Prohibited Gear: Wrist straps

Opening Weight

During check-in, you'll be required to record your "opening weight." Please come prepared with this information to help expedite the process.

Refreshments

To keep you fueled and hydrated, we will provide water and a high-protein snack for all participants.
