ADMISSION: $10 for members CFIP or The Wellness Center / $20 for non-members

WHO: Anyone that is up for the challenge

PRIZE: $150 Top Male and Top Female Winners

STRUCTURE OF EVENT: Score - The sum of your heaviest successful CLEAN, STRICT PRESS, and FRONT SQUAT

Athletes may perform a max of 3 attempts for each movement with a 30 minute timecap. Knee sleeves and wrist wraps permitted.

T -shirts included with entry fee if registered by July 24, 2024.

WINNER: The Male and Female with the highest combined load.
