Irie Vibes: All-Levels Zumba at MVMT Dance Studio - [Bottoms Up! Yoga]

We're so excited to host our first ever Zumba series this year! Our instructor, Dia, will be leadng these Irie Beats Zumba Classes on select Wedesday evenings at 6pm at MVMT Dance Studio. Come check out Dia's positive-vibes and wellness-centric zumba classes that will have you feeling the beat the whole class long! These classes are all-levels and will include stretch and meditation as well.

Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot in class by purchasing a ticket well in advance! This also really helps us out. (Please bring your own mat, water, towel, etc.)
