Release, relax and recharge. Drift of to the healing sound and vibrations of sacred instruments.
After our summer break we are super excited to be back in Alsager.
We welcome you to join us for a deep healing relaxation using ancient sacred instruments. Immerse in the healing vibrations of a beautiful gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan sing bowls, chimes, ocean drum ,rain stick and native American flute.
These sacred instruments have been used for thousands of years to promote deep physical and emotional healing.
All you have to do is lie comfortably and allow the sound vibrations to flood your physical and energetic body. The experience will allow you to enter a deep meditative dream like state, when this state is reached our body has the ability to heal its self.
Our body, mind, and spirit hold the energetic imprints of all of our experiences, so each sound experience and each person will experience different sensations and emotions.
Sound baths can be a very powerful transformational experience as sound impacts every cell of our being.
Please wear comfy warm clothing and bring a mat, pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Also an eye mask if you do have one.
