🏀: Tip-off is half an hour earlier this season. Games start at 6:30pm!
👜: Wells Fargo Arena has a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum clear bag the size of 12"x6"x12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5"x6.5".
🚗: Parking is available northwest of Wells Fargo Arena with entrances off of 3rd Street and 5th Avenue in the Iowa Events Center lot for $12.
🎟️: All tickets to events at Wells Fargo Arena must be added to a digital wallet for entry. Barcodes will no longer display on tickets. Tickets will be scanned by tapping your phone on the scanner at the door.
💳: Wells Fargo Arena is a mostly cashless facility. All concessions only accept debit, credit, and gift cards, with the exception of Overtime Tap (Section 108). Guests are able to transfer cash onto a gift card at the Overtime Tap stand if you do not carry a debit or credit card.
🎧: Wells Fargo Arena offers sensory bags, quiet spaces, and a sensory room for any guest with sensory needs.
