Iowa Metal Underground Fest returns to Cedar Rapids on Friday and Saturday August 14th and 15th, 2026. This year features the biggest lineup yet with 20 brutal bands from across America. This year’s headliner on August 15th is MUTILATION BARBECUE, a death metal band from Cleveland, Ohio that has been ravaging the scene since 2020. The Friday night pre show is headlined by Chicago brutal death metal band, Gored Embrace.
