About this Event
The #ioMatterz Career Reset Lab is a three-day, hands-on workshop designed for professionals who want their resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile to accurately reflect how they create value at work.
This experience begins with the CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment, a globally recognized strengths assessment included with registration. Rather than focusing on perceived gaps or generic advice, the workshop centers on each participant’s natural patterns of contribution and decision-making, and how those strengths show up in real workplace outcomes.
Using a structured, strengths-based approach and practical AI tools, participants map their strengths to aligned job families, role levels, and titles (for example, understanding the difference between an HR Business Partner role and a Senior Manager role). Those insights are then embedded directly into career materials, so they clearly signal fit, scope, and impact to recruiters and hiring managers.
Over three days, participants actively rebuild their resume, create a reusable cover letter framework, and update their LinkedIn profile for recruiter search—while also learning how to manage common career “barrier labels” such as being seen as overqualified, nontraditional, or misaligned in level.
This is not a motivational seminar. It is applied work, grounded in organizational practice and designed to produce usable results.
Included with registration:
- CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment (bulk access code provided)
- Guided interpretation and application of strengths
- AI-assisted role and title alignment
- Live, facilitated work sessions
Participants leave with finished career assets, a clearer sense of professional direction, and a repeatable process they can continue to use as their career evolves.
