Come join our gymnastics seminar with Travis Ewart and learn the techniques created for CrossFitters, by someone who understands the necessary differences between CrossFit and Olympic-style gymnastics, and to get a full perspective of what you REALLY need to know to be a well-rounded CrossFit athlete!Travis Ewart is the Invictus Gymnastics coach since joining the CrossFit Invictus coaching staff in 2015, and previously had been coaching gymnastics to kids and adults since 1997.
Travis' seminars are a great opportunity for athletes and coaches to get together to learn some new and fresh techniques for CrossFit-style gymnastics movement. This seminar can better improve the potency and proficiency of gymnastics instruction that coaches provide their athletes and bring new skills to athletes.
We will be working on:
Day 1
● Ring Dip
● Toes-To-Bar
● Kipping/Butterfly Pull-Up
● Static Handstand
● Handstand Walk
Day 2
● Bar Muscle-Up
● Strict Ring Muscle-Up
● Strict and Kipping Handstand Push-Up
● Kipping Ring Muscle-Up
Cost for the 2-day seminar is $199. We are capping the event at 30 participants.
